Reminder: NASA LANCE Satisfaction Survey 2020

Recently we sent you an invitation to take a brief survey to rate the products and services NASA currently provides you through the Land Atmosphere Near real-time Capability for EOS (LANCE), a service of the NASA Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS). To those of you who have responded, thank you very much.

If you have not yet had a chance to participate, we ask you to please do so as soon as possible. NASA has commissioned the CFI Group, an independent research and consulting organization, to conduct this survey. Through the survey, we hope to assess your perceptions, learn more about your needs, and identify opportunities to improve service.
